¡Disfrutad!

I'm not a coffee person, I love tea with milk, specially if it's Earl Grey tea. Recently, I bought a very good one, really aromatic, and some days later, I was talking to my mother and she reminded me that I hadn´t made panna cotta for a long time, so I decided to make a recipe that blended both.

INGREDIENTS: (6 tea cups)
  • 200ml whipping cream
  • 200ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 gelatin sheets
  • 1 teaspoon of Earl Grey
Place the two gelatin sheets in a dish with water (it has to cover them).
In a saucepan pour the milk and Earl Grey, heat for 5 minutes, keeping it from boiling. Add sugar and cream, stir until it blends in and add the gelatin. Once they sheets dissolve pour in the tea cups (up to half).
Let them cool down 12h.
Enjoy!
